摘要随着非球面越来越广泛的应用,寻求高精度和高效率的非球面检测技术已经成为当今科学家们研究的热难点。本文中介绍研究的是利用轴向扫描的光干涉非球面测量技术,这是一种快速且高精度的斐索干涉测量技术,它根据非球面的非球面度梯度,散焦范围等数据来划分移动路径完成对非球面的扫描并对其进行检测,扫描过程中需要不断改变轴向位置,在此过程中非球面的参数决定了标准镜的选取和路径规划分析过程,如果参数出错那么接下来的工作都会出错,所以正确分析非球面的特性参数十分有必要。本文将介绍如何求取非球面元件的特性参数,并以此来确定轴向移动扫描的路径,并且会以一个典型的非球面透镜作为例子展示仿真结果。81681

Title Study on the method of motion planning for the measurement of the aspherical interference in the axial scanning
Abstract
With more and more applications of aspheric surface, the search for high precision and high efficiency test method of aspheric surface has become a hot and difficult problem。 As is presented in this paper to study using axial scanning optical interferometric measurement of aspheric surface, which is a fast and high accuracy of Fizeau interference measurement technique, it according to the aspheric surface of asphericity gradient, scattered focal range data to pide the moving path completion of aspherical scanning and detection and scanning process in the ever changing needs of the axial position。 In the process of non decision of the parameters of the spherical mirror standard of selection and route planning and analysis process, if parameter error so the next work will be error。 Therefore, the correct analysis the characteristic parameters of the aspheric surface is very necessary。 In this paper, we will introduce how to get the characteristic parameters of the aspheric element, and determine the path of the axial movement, and display the simulation results with a typical aspheric lens as an example。
