摘要随着能源行业的发展,油船的建造也是这其中极为重要的一环。为了保障人员和货物在海上的安全,避免原油泄漏事故对海洋环境的影响,不管是已经投入运行的旧船还是刚刚建造完毕的新船,对这些油船进行强度校核都是必须要进行的。在长期的生产实践和研究中,各国船级社都各自总结了一套各有特色的油船建造规范。86256
为了统一各船级社的建造规范,使其更加公平、直观、贴合实际情况,由国际船级社协会(IACS)制定了油船共同结构规范(JTP)。在其中重要的一种计算方法就是有限元直接计算法。
有限元方法在使用过程中必须要配合有限元计算分析软件进行。作为在该领域较为流行的MSC。Patran/Nastran软件,其用户界面友好,操作简单,上手快,结果直观。
本篇论文的主要研究内容是:
(1)利用MSC。Patran/Nastran软件进行了成品油船的舱段强度计算,选用了油船的中部2,3,4舱段作为三舱段建立有限元分析模型。
(2)根据《双壳油船共同结构规范》的内容选用工况进行了船舶的载荷和边界约束条件的计算,并施加到建立好的模型中。
(3)使用软件进行有限元计算后,根据得到的结果分析成品油船的受力情况,与其许用应力进行了比较。

Abstract With the development of the energy industry, constructing oil tankers also play a important role in it。 To support personnel and cargo’s safety in maritime and avoid oil spill making impact on the ocean environment。 regardless of the old ship has been put into operation or the new ship had just finished building , checking the oil tanker’s strength is necessary。 In the long-term working practice and research, the classification societies of different countries respectively summarize a distinctive rules for the oil tanker constructing。
To unifying the construction criterion of the classification society, making it more equitable, intuitive, fit the actual situation, International Association of Classification Societies (IACS) developed common structural rules for oil tankers (JTP)。 In one of the most important calculation method is the direct finite element calculation method。
Using finite element method must be combined with the finite element analysis software。 As a popular software in the field, MSC。Patran/Nastran software have the friendly user interface , easy to operate, using less time for study, intuitive results。
The main research content of this paper is:
(1) MSC。 Patran / NASTRAN software is used for oil tanker’s cabin strength calculation。 In the oil tanker, the central cabin 2,3,4 is used as the three cabins model to establish finite element analysis model。
(2) According to the contents of Common Structural Rules for Double Hull Oil Tankers, selection condition is used in the calculation of ship loading and boundary constraint conditions, and applied to the model have been established。
(3) After using software for finite element calculation, according to the analysis results of the force in oil products tanker, Allowable stress can be compared with。
