摘要压电陶瓷微位移驱动器(PZT)是一种高精度的微位移器件,它可以能实现微米级的位移量。在光学干涉方面,给PZT施加一定的电压,PZT即可以产生微米级的位移量。PZT的性能好坏,其驱动电源是关键,目前的PZT驱动电源比较注重电源的静态特性,但有许多缺点,如:动态特性不理想,交流负载能力很差,带负载时的频响太低,成本高、体积大等。在深入了解PZT性能的基础上,本课题主要是设计PZT驱动电源,要求该电源不仅在静态特性上优于现有的电源,并且频响高、体积小、成本低等优点。该课题对移相干涉仪的移相稳定度、精确度有重要的意义。22703

Title Study of piezoelectric ceramic micro displacement device driver
Abstract
The piezoelectric ceramic micro displacement actuator (PZT) is a high precision micro displacement device, can realize the displacement micrometer. In optical interferometry, mainly using the inverse piezoelectric effect, certain voltage is applied to the PZT, displacement PZT which produce micrometer. PZT by a special driving power to drive, the static characteristics of the mature PZT driving power supply more power, but this kind of power supply has dynamic characteristic is not ideal, the AC load capability is very poor, with frequency when the load is too low, high cost, large size defect. Based on deeply understanding the performance of PZT, this project is to design a PZT driving power supply, the power supply not only in the static characteristics are superior to the existing power supply, and high frequency response, small volume, low cost advantages. The paper has important significance for phase-shifting interferometer phase stability, accuracy.
