摘要由于国产QU120重载轨道在工作时会产生纵向的裂变,而德国的A120重载轨道则不会出现这个问题,所以我们研究A120重载轨道的结构。在课题中我们建立A120的力学理论模型,通过A120的力学理论模型分析找出QU系列国产重载轨道中存在的问题。课题中将采用PROE进行理论模型的建立,通过HyperMesh进行网格划分,最后导入ANSYS进行力学的受力分析,观察形变量。23029

Title A120 heavy rail and wheel contact stress and deformation
Abstract
Due to domestic QU120 overloading orbit at work would produce the longitudinal fission, whereas the German A120 overloading orbit will not appear this problem, so we study A120 heavy rail structure.We build A120 mechanics model in the subject, through the analysis of the mechanics model of A120 find QU series problems existing in the domestic heavy rail.PROE will be used for the establishment of the theoretical model, through the HyperMesh meshing, finally import the ANSYS for stress analysis of mechanics, the shape variables.
