The main content of the paper is pided into five chapters: The first chapter is the introduction, which briefly introduces the research background, the purpose of the research and the related research progress at home and abroad. In the second chapter, the related mathematical methods of numerical wave flume are introduced, including the governing equations, boundary conditions, fabrication wave theory, meshing and the principle of mutual transformation between porous media model and netting. The third chapter firstly validates the numerical model of the single-layer submerged horizontal plate, and then simulates the wave field around the double-submerged horizontal plate by numerical model. Based on the single-layer submerged horizontal plate, the law of wave propagation in double-layer submerged horizontal plate is obtained.The fourth chapter studies the influence of the different number of the nets on the wave propagation and the improvement of the wave-absorption performance of the plate-net breakwater. In the fifth chapter, the influence of the height of the net on the wave propagation and the improvement of the wave-absorption performance of the plate-net breakwater are further studied according to the conclusions which have been drawn from the previous chapter.
