摘要通过查看电脑笔记本内部的电子元器件分布情况,对电子元器件之间的间距对散热的影响进行了研究。通过查阅文献和书籍等收集相关的资料,采用电脑笔记本内部的电子器件分布情况为原型,设计了小空间内不同的电子元器件间距分布的几种情况。采用风冷的冷却方式,利用 FLUENT 软件对系统内部的电子器件散热情况进行了数值模拟。分析模拟后的数据,得出电子器件间的间距过大或者过小都不利于其散热的结论,并且找到了使电子器件散热效果最好的间距分布,了解间距也是影响电子器件散热的重要因素。 27568 毕业论文关键词 电子元件 数值模拟 散热 温度场
Title The effect of different distance between electronic devices on heat dissipation
Abstract The influence of the space among the electronic components on the heat dissipation is researched by changing the distribution of the electronic components inside the computer. After reviewing literatures and collecting related information, the distribution of the electronic components inside the computer is seemed as the model to design the different situations of the space distribution among the electronic components in small room. Air-cooled is used as the type of cooling and FLUENT is used to stimulate the heat dissipation of the electronic components in the system. Overall, a conclusion is that the spacing between electronic devices is important to the heat dissipation, and the best electronic device cooling effect of spacing distribution is found.
