摘要煤热解半焦气化煤炭分级转化技术是对煤炭洁净、高效利用的先进技术,而其中关 键的热解过程是在由 H2、CO2、CO 和 CH4 等为主的热解气氛中进行的,因此,研究热解 气氛对于半焦气化速率的影响对于半焦气化过程中碳转化率的提高至关重要。本文选取 三种煤样(褐煤、烟煤、无烟煤),分别制取了五种热解气氛(Ar、CH4、CO、CO2、H2)下 的半焦样品,热解反应在高温管式炉中进行。然后在改造后的热重分析仪上进行半焦样 品的气化反应实验,气化反应气氛包括 CO2 和 H2O 两种。研究结果表明,在同一煤种、 同一气化气氛下,不同的热解气氛会影响半焦的气化速率,其中在 Ar 热解气氛和 CO2 热解气氛下制得的褐煤半焦和无烟煤半焦气化速率较快,而在 H2 热解气氛和 CH4 热解气 氛下制得的半焦则气化速率较慢。在相同煤种、热解气氛下,在 H2O 气化气氛下的半焦 气化速率远远高于 CO2 气化气氛下的半焦气化速率。79400

Title The effects of pyrolysis atmosphere on char combustion and gasification rate
Abstract The staged conversion utilization coal polygeneration system is an advanced technology used to implement clean utilization of coal, and one of the key of the pyrolysis process is by the H2, CO2, CO and CH4 pyrolysis atmosphere。 Therefore, studying the effect of pyrolysis atmosphere for coalite gasification rate is very important to improving the carbon conversion in the process of coalite gasification。 This article selects three kinds of coal samples (lignite, bituminous coal, anthracite), preparing char samples under the five kinds of pyrolysis atmosphere (Ar, CH4, CO, CO2, H2) in the high-temperature tube furnace。 Then coalite gasification reaction experiments occurred on the thermogravimetric analyzer, and there are two kinds of gasification reaction atmosphere including CO2 and H2O。 The research results show that under the same atmosphere, different pyrolysis atmosphere affects the gasification rate of the same char。 After the pyrolysis atmosphere of Ar and CO2,the gasification rate of lignite semi-coke and anthracite coal coalite were faster, but the opposite happens in the pyrolysis atmosphere of H2 and CH4。 Under the same pyrolysis atmosphere,the gasificati of the same char on H2O gasification atmosphere coalite is much higher than which on CO2 gasification atmosphere。
