摘要:本文采用旋涂法制备荧光玻璃片,该方法提供了在玻璃基板上的复合荧光体层的设计和工程的可能性。旋涂法允许实现高稳定性和热传导性的荧光体层,其特色在于该荧光玻璃片是由一层通明玻璃衬底层和一层熔结在其表面上的荧光玻璃层形成,其中荧光玻璃层是由根底熔剂玻璃粉加一定比例的荧光粉体的配合料涂覆于玻璃衬底上,经一定温度制度烧制而成。本实验利用实验制备的玻璃粉体作为原料,分散在松油醇、乙基纤维素中,制作出符合实验条件的浆料。用旋涂仪采用旋涂法成功制备YAG掺硼酸盐玻璃荧光片,测试其荧光光谱和电致发光光谱,表征玻璃的发光性质,探究玻璃中基质组分对荧光粉发光性质的影响。80699

Prepared by a spin coater LED fluorescent glass
Abstract:This paper presents a simple and practical method for the preparation of fluorescent glass flakes。 The possibility of the design and engineering of the composite phosphor layer on a glass substrate is provided by a spin coating using a spin coating apparatus。 The spin coating method allows the realization of a highly stable and thermally conductive phosphor layer, characterized in that the fluorescent glass sheet is formed of a layer of a transparent glass substrate layer and a layer of fluorescent glass deposited on its surface, wherein the fluorescent glass layer Is based on the base of the flux glass powder plus a certain percentage of the phosphor powder batch coated on the glass substrate, by a certain temperature system fired。 In this experiment, the glass powder prepared by the experiment was used as raw material and dispersed in terpineol and ethyl cellulose to prepare the slurry with the experimental conditions。 The YAG borate-doped glass fluorescent film was successfully prepared by spin coating。 The absorption and emission spectra of the YAG borate were tested。 The luminescent properties of the glass were characterized。 The influence of the matrix composition on the luminescent properties of the phosphor was investigated。
