摘 要目的 建立等吸收波长消去法和直接紫外分光光度法联用同时测定氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片的含量。方法 在200~360nm波长范围内对氨氯地平和阿托伐他汀的标准溶液进行扫描,得出对应的紫外吸收图谱,确定氨氯地平的测定波长为237。2nm,参比波长为256nm;阿托伐他汀的测定波长为290nm。使用甲醇作为空白溶剂,利用上述两种方法联用测定氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片中两种药物的含量。结果 氨氯地平在10~22mg/L(r=0。9998)范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为ΔA= 0。0284c + 0。0404,精密度试验RSD为0。24%,平均回收率为100。07%,RSD为0。84%(n=9),稳定性试验表明在120min内可保持稳定;阿托伐他汀在20~44mg/L(r=0。9991)范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为ΔA= 0。0193c + 0。032,精密度试验RSD为0。09%,平均回收率为104。2%,RSD为0。94%(n=9),在90min内保持稳定。氨氯地平的检测限为0。0972mg/L,阿托伐他汀的检测限为0。1209mg/L。结论 本方法操作简单、重现性好,可用于氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙复合制剂的含量测定。89365

Abatract Objective To establish absorbtion wavelength elimination method and UV spectrophotometry for the determination of content amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets。 Methods Using ultraviolet wavelength scan the standard solution of amlodipine and atorvastatin to get the scanning spectrum。 Then measuring wavelength of amlodipine was 237。2nm and reference wavelength of amlodipine was 256nm; measuring wavelength of atorvastatin was 290nm。 Ethanol was blank solvent, using the above two methods for the determination of amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium content of both substances in the preparation。 Result The liner range fo amlodipine is 10~22mg/L(r=0。9998), the regression equation is △A=0。0161C+0。0305, the precision is good (RSD=0。24%,n=8), the average recovery is 100。7% (RSD =0。84%,n=9)。The experimental process was steady in 120min; the liner range fo amlodipine is 20~44mg/L(r=0。9991), the regression equation is △A=0。0193c + 0。032, the precision is good (RSD=0。09%,n=8), the average recovery is 104。2% (RSD =0。94%,n=9)。The experimental process was steady in 90min。 Moreover, the determination limit of amlodipine is 0。0972mg/L while the detdrmination limit of atorvastatin is 0。1209mg/L。 Conclusion This method is simple,reproducible and it can be used to determinate the content of amlodipine and atorvastatin quickly。源Q于W优E尔A论S文R网wwW.yOueRw.com 原文+QQ75201,8766
