摘 要
目的:评价亚精胺(spermidine,Spd)药物对APP/PS1双转基因小鼠认知记忆能力的影响。方法:给药6个月后,利用Morris水迷宫实验方法测试并记录小鼠逃避潜伏期、穿越平台次数及第一次到达平台的时间。运用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果:定位航行实验中,四组小鼠均表现出逃避潜伏期缩短,对比于第1天,AD-Spd组小鼠逃避潜伏期在第4天和第5天显示具有显著性差异(P<0。05),而AD-NS组未见显著性差异(P>0。05);在空间探索实验中,AD-Spd组小鼠穿越平台的次数比AD-NS组小鼠多且具有统计学差异(P<0。05),AD-Spd组小鼠第一次到达平台的时间比AD-NS组小鼠短,AD-Spd组小鼠在第一象限中的停留时间比AD-NS组小鼠长。结论:亚精胺对APP/PS1双转基因小鼠的认知记忆能力有一定的改善作用。85286

Abstract
