摘 要
目的 了解大学生获得的的社会支持现状及自身的健康行为的现状。分析研究大学生获得的社会支持及自身的健康行为之间是否有相关性。提出对大学生的健康行为的干预措施。
方法:以大学的406名大学生为样本量,通过三个方面的问卷:基本人口学信息、《社会支持评定量表》、《自我报告健康行为量表(RHBC)》。对调查获得的数据采用EpiData建立数据库,并进行数据的输入及校对。用SPSS软件对数据进行统计分析。采取的主要方法有:单因素分析、描述性分析、相关分析以及多重线性回归分析。结果 (1)大学生获得的社会支持在以下的基本人口学情况:性别、年级、专业、户籍地、是否是独生子女以及家庭的经济情况方面不存在显著性差异。(1)大学生的健康行为在下的基本人口学情况:性别、年级、专业、户籍地、是否是独生子女方面不存在显著性差异。健康行为总分以及健康时间行为在家庭经济情况上存在显著差异(P<0。05)。(3)社会支持中的主观支持、客观支持、对支持的利用度均与健康实践行为、认知/情感行为呈正相关(p<0。001)。大学生获得的主观支持对健康实践行为存在预测作用。大学生对支持的利用度和获得的客观支持对认知/情感行为有预测作用。结论 1。大学生获得的社会支持与健康行为有显著正相关的关系。2。大学生获得的主观支持对健康实践行为存在预测作用。3。大学生对支持的利用度和获得的客观支持对认知/情感行为有预测作用。85367
Abstract
Objective To analyze university student's present level of social support , and health behaviors, then to research the relationship between social support, and health behaviors of university students, furthermore to explore the regulating contribution rate of social support in the effect of health behavior。 It can offer references for university students’ health education。 Methods 406 university students were investigated by Social Support Scale, Reported Health Behavior Checklist(RHBC) and self-made demography questionnaire。 The software Package of SPSS17。0 was adopted for analyzing the date。 The main analysis methods are statistical description、Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression。 Results 1。There was no significant difference in gender, major, grade, only child or not, registered household and annual household income of social support。 2。There was no significant difference in gender, major, grade, only child or not and registered household of health behaviors。 There was significant difference in annual household income of health behaviors。 3。Social support was positively correlated with practice behaviors; University student's subjective support has a significant forecasting effect to their practice behavior; and objective social support and the use of social support has a significant forecasting effect to their cognitive-emotional behavior。 Conclusion 1。Social support was positively correlated with practice behaviors。 2。University student's subjective support has a significant forecasting effect to their practice behavior。 3。 Objective social support and the use of social support has a significant forecasting effect to their cognitive-emotional behavior。
