摘要本文以丙二腈作为反应原料,探究了两种合成3-氨基-4-氰基吡唑的方法,第一种方法是由丙二腈、原甲酸三乙酯以及苯胺反应先生成N-β-二氰基乙烯基苯胺,然后再与水合肼反应,得到3-氨基-4-氰基吡唑;第二种方法为丙二腈与原甲酸三乙酯反应生成乙氧亚甲基丙二腈后,再与水合肼反应生成中间产物3-氨基-4-氰基吡唑。由中间产物3-氨基-4-氰基吡唑与盐酸羟胺以及氢氧化钠反应生成3-氨基-4-偕胺肟基吡唑。采用1HNMR、MS、IR等手段对乙氧亚甲基丙二腈、3-氨基-4-氰基吡唑、3-氨基-4-偕胺肟基吡唑的结构进行了表征。通过单因素实验确定了合成3-氨基-4-氰基吡唑的最佳原料摩尔比为n(丙二腈): n(原甲酸三乙酯): n(乙酸酐)=1:1。5:2。5,产率82。5%。3-氨基-4-氰基吡唑生成3-氨基-4-偕胺肟基吡唑的最佳反应时间为1。2小时,收率84。6%。76971

Title The preparation and characterization of the ortho-nitroso-aminopyrazole compounds
Abstract In this paper,two synthesis methods of 3-amino-4-cyano-pyrazole were studied。In the first method,malononitrile,triethyl orthoformate and aniline were used as the initial reactants to obtain the N-β-dicyanovinyl aniline。And then reacted with hydrazine hydrate to produce the 3-amino-4-cyano-pyrazole。The second method is using the reaction of malononitrile and triethyl orthoformate to generate ethoxymethylene malononitrile,and then reacted with hydrazine hydrate to yield the intermediate product 4-cyano-3-amino-pyrazole。At last,3-amino-4-pyrazol-amidoxime was synthesis by the reaction of 3-amino-4-cyano pyrazole,hydroxylamine hydrochloride and sodium hydroxide。The structures of ethoxymethylene malononitrile,3-amino-4-cyano-pyrazole,and 3-amino-pyrazol-amidoxime were characterized by NMR,MS and IR。 Determined by the single factor experiments, the optimum synthesis conditions of 3-amino-4-cyano-pyrazole was n (malononitrile): n (triethylorthoformate): n (acetic anhydride) = 1: 1。5: 2。5, a yield of 82。5%。 The optimum reaction condition of 3-amino-4-cyano-3-amino-pyrazol-generating amidoxime pyrazole was 1。2 hours, a yield of 84。6%。
