在现代工业生产中,以双闭环反馈、旋转变换及逆变器构成的异步电机控制系统, 凭借其优越的调速性能和响应速度,越来越被频繁地使用。本文将以 Matlab/Simulink 仿真软件对三相异步感应电机的矢量控制系统进行仿真,通过仿真结果对该系统进行 观察和分析。
本篇论文通过对旋转变换模块、双闭环控制模块和电流滞环逆变模块的有机组合, 以实现对异步电机的恒流启动以及稳定运行。在本次实验中,通过对观察异步电机输 出的转矩转速信号来选取最适合异步电机运行调速的电机参数及输入的控制信号,使 异步电机能够快速启动和平稳运行。

Abstract The vector control system of induction motor is the control of the DC motor which is controlled by the control of the induction motor。 Vector control system as the main system of asynchronous motor speed control, its main function is to simplify the process of the induction motor and the speed control process is simplified as the DC motor start and speed regulation process。 Compared with the direct torque control system, the vector control system has a more stable speed in the process of speed regulation, and the wider speed range and other characteristics, which is widely used in various industrial production and equipment manufacturing。
In modern industrial production, the control system of asynchronous motor, which is composed of double closed loop feedback, rotating transformation and inverter, is used more and more frequently by virtue of its superior performance and response speed。 In this paper, the vector control system of three-phase asynchronous induction motor is simulated by Matlab/Simulink simulation software, and the system is observed and analyzed through simulation results。
In this paper, the organic combination of the rotating transformation module, the double closed loop control module and the current hysteresis loop inverter module is implemented to realize the constant current startup and stable operation of the asynchronous motor。 In this experiment by the observation of asynchronous motor output torque and rotational speed signal to select the most suitable for asynchronous motor running speed of the motor parameters and input control signals, the asynchronous motor can quickly start and smoothly running。
