内容摘要开关电源作为电力设备的核心部件,开发和研究开关电源对减少能量损耗、提高设备的工作效率有巨大帮助。而现阶段开关电源主要向高频化方向发展,这对电子设备性能的提高发挥了举足轻重的作用。84857

本文主要介绍了开关电源在国外的研究和发展现状,并将其与国内的研究情况做出对比。同时也指出了开关电源存在的主要问题,并表明了今后的研究方向。首先将本文所要设计的开关电源,与传统的相控电源进行比较,得出本课题所设计开关电源的优点。然后对三相电压型PWM整流器主电路拓扑结构进行介绍和分析,确定以三相半桥电压型PWM整流器作为本文的研究对象。在对三相电压型PWM整流电路控制系统理论分析的基础上,对主电路中交流侧电感和直流侧电容进行了设计,并对功率开关管的选取做出了详细地分析。同时对脉宽调制(PWM)技术的基本原理进行了研究,其中还包括保护电路和一些辅助电路的设计。最后在MATLAB/Simulink中对设计的系统进行建模和仿真,符合所设计的输出稳定直流电压的要求。

通过本毕业设计,对开关电源的基本原理及设计方法有了更深地了解,能够初步完成对开关电源的基本设计。

Abstract Switching power supply has been the core component of power equipment, so the development and research of switching power supply have a great help to reduce energy loss and improve the working efficiency。 At present, the main direction of switch power supply is to increase the frequency, which plays a vital role in improving the performance of electronic equipment。

This paper mainly introduces the research and development status of switching power supply in foreign countries, and compares with the research situation in China。 At the same time, it also points out the main problems of switching power supply, and indicates the research direction in the future。 Firstly, the switching power supply which is designed in this paper is compared with the traditional phase control power supply, and the advantages of the switching power supply are obtained。 Then the main circuit topology of the three-phase voltage source PWM rectifier is introduced and analyzed。 Finally we choose three-phase half bridge voltage type PWM rectifier as the research object of this paper。 Based on the theoretical analysis of three-phase voltage type PWM rectifier circuit, the AC side inductance and the DC side capacitor are designed, and the selection of the power switch tube is analyzed in detail。 Meanwhile, the basic principle of pulse width modulation (PWM) technology is studied, including the design of protection circuit and some auxiliary circuit。 Finally we simulate system in MATLAB/Simulink, which is in accordance with the requirement of the designed output steady DC voltage。

By this graduation project, the basic principle and design method of the switch power supply has been deeply understood, and I can preliminarily complete the basic design of the switch power supply。
