摘 要永磁同步电机(PMSM)具有着其它电机不存在的优点,比如构造简单、体积小巧、高气隙磁密、高转矩惯量比等,因此普遍应用于实际的机械制造、工农业生产、航天航空等其它领域。而直接转矩控制(DTC)系统作为其控制系统,有着它本身的优势,比如其控制思想的新颖,明确的信号处理,简单的架构,直接的手段的而受到人们普遍关注。所以对于永磁同步电机的直接转矩控制的探究具有重大的实际意义。85055
所以为了改善PMSM调速系统的静动态的性能,来进一步探究改善其控制的性能,本文重点针对PMSM DTC系统,在空间电压矢量的基础上,构建永磁同步电机在各个坐标系下的数学模型,由此探究永磁同步电机的直接转矩控制的具体实现办法,接着在Matlab/Simulink软件中进行仿真,并对仿真后的实验结果进行探究,来解析控制策略的正确性,此过程中具有重要的理论和实际意义。通过仿真可以发现,直接转矩控制具备优越的静、动态性能,并且转矩响应比较迅速,但同时该系统也存在着某些不足的地方,比如转矩脉动大。

Abstract Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) has other motor does not exist advantages, such as simple structure, small volume, high gas gap magnetic density, high torque to inertia ratio, so they have the widespread application in the actual mechanical manufacturing, industrial and agricultural production, aerospace and other fields。 And direct torque control (DTC) system as the control system, it’s has many advantages, such as ideological control of the novel, clear signal processing, simple structure, direct means by that people pays close attention to generally。 So the research of direct torque control for permanent magnet synchronous motor is of great practical significance。
So in order to improve the static and dynamic performance of PMSM drive system to further explore to improve the control performance, this paper for the PMSM DTC system。 On the basis of space voltage vector, constructing mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor in different coordinate systems, which explore the permanent magnet synchronous motor direct torque control method of implementation, and then in the MATLAB / Simulink software simulation, and the simulation experimental results to explore, to analyze the control strategy is correct, this process has important theoretical and practical significance。 Through simulation, it can be found that the direct torque control has superior static and dynamic performance, and the torque response is relatively rapid, but there are some deficiencies in the system, such as large torque ripple。
