摘要农地残膜撕碎机是用来处理田地薄膜的机械。我国土地面积广阔,其农作物占地面积居世界前列。因此,农业对于我国的国民经济发展至关重要。薄膜虽然可以保护农作物的生长,但如果不及时处理,就会污染环境,造成白色污染。此外,土壤中残留的薄膜会降低土壤质量,进而导致农作物产量的降低。所以说,国内越来越重视农地残膜撕碎机的开发与研究。
本论文在分析残膜撕碎机的工作原理之后,按照工作要求,结合工厂生产状况,设计了基于PLC的残膜撕碎机控制系统,以及对PLC控制系统的仿真与调试。PLC控制系统主要包括硬件模块的选型和软件程序的设计。86945
首先,设计残膜撕碎机的控制系统方案。分析影响撕碎机功能的各种因素,从中选取最佳方案。
其次,确定控制系统的硬件选型。根据工艺要求,确定 PLC的型号、I/O点的计算、电动机的选型和存储器类型的确定。
最后,确定残膜撕碎机控制系统的软件程序设计。主要包括系统中各功能模块的设计、工程项目的创建以及硬件组态的分析。
在整个控制系统设计完成后,先是利用S7-PLCSIM仿真软件对控制系统中的程序进行仿真;然后再用WINCC软件对PLC硬件进行模拟调试。

In this paper after the analysis of the working principle of the plastic film residue shredder,in accordance with the requirements of the work, combined with factory production, design based on PLC of the plastic film residue shredder control system, as well as to PLC control system simulation and debugging。PLC control system mainly includes the selection of hardware module and the design of software program。
First, the design of the control system of the residual film。Analysis of various factors affecting the function of the shred, select the best program。
Secondly, the hardware selection of the control system is determined。According to the technological requirements, determine the PLC model,the calculation of the I/O point, the selection of the motor and the type of memory。
Finally, the software program design of the control system of the residual membrane is determined。 Mainly includes the design of each function module in the system, the construction project of the project and the analysis of the hardware configuration。
