Abstract In recent years, with our country and the world changed the development pattern, oil, coal energy gradually growth slowly, and the growing demand for clean energy promote the fast growth of natural gas consumption。 In our country especially coastal areas,Natural gas resources is pinch and most rely on imported which makes the LNG floating storage and regasification unit(FSRU) attract people's attention。 However,the technology was monopolized by foreign at present, it is the key for the related staff to realize the localization and optimization。This paper focuses on the common heat exchanger in the FSRU regasification system - the intermediate fluid vaporizer(IFV)。Under the four sea areas of different geographical and climate conditions in our country, different arrangement of the vaporizer in IFV, namely the integral and separate type, are taken process simulation by HYSYS combined with different intermediates。And then based on these,the paper also put forward some further optimization schemes for specific gasification process from four different angels which are thermostat process selection, ocean working condition to prevent shaking, parameter optimization and the analysis of the heat transfer area,which can provide technical support in this aspects of the development of our country。
