摘要如今显示设备中液晶显示器的地位表现的极其重要,人们使用最广泛的当属薄膜晶体管液晶显示器即TFT-LCD。TFT-LCD液晶面板主要由偏振片、玻璃基板、彩色滤色膜、电极、液晶和定向层组成,TFT-LCD 的生产过程主要包括4个工程:TFT阵列、滤光片制作、成盒和模组,这些生产过程中的许多工艺流程都可以抽象为一般的非线性过程。非线性控制方法一般可以在大范围内直接处理非线性,由于不稳定、极限环甚至混沌等非线性因素常常引起系统不期望的形态,所以我们有必要研究非线性的控制方法。本文正是针对从液晶生产过程中抽象出来的非线性数学模型,设计非线性控制律,从而镇定系统,并以温控系统为例,进行仿真分析。87428

Title Nonlinear control law design for liquid crystal production
Abstract
Liquid crystal display is a kind of very important display equipment in the modern times。At present, the most widely used is the thin film transistor liquid crystal display, which is called TFT-LCD。TFT-LCD panel is mainly composed of a polarizer, a glass substrate, color filter film, electrodes, liquid crystal and directional layer composition。 TFT-LCD production process mainly includes four works: TFT array,color filter film produce, cell and module。Many of the production processes can be abstracted into general nonlinear processes。Nonlinear control method can deal with nonlinear problems directly in a large range。 Due to lots of factors which are not expected by the system,such as instability, limit cycles or chaos, it is necessary to study the nonlinear control method。 In this paper, the nonlinear control law is designed to stabilize the system。 We take the temperature control system as an example to simulate and analyze the nonlinear mathematical model, which is abstracted from the process of liquid crystal production。
