基于土地使用与交通双向互动理论的交通承载力评估方法研究
摘要 鉴于土地的有限性和交通道路对土地的巨大需求，本文通过交通双向互动理论的研究分析了交通的承载力，并提出了具体评价方法。首先，通过研究城市道路交通和城市土地之间的关系以及二者之间的影响，详细介绍了土地使用与交通双向互动理论的内涵，明确分析了交通承载力的定义及其影响要素；其次，介绍了交通设施承载力的概念，并从路网容量入手对其进行了仔细分析，依据时空消耗法给出了其相关定义。基于控规阶段，采用基于时空消耗道路容量法来计算道路交通设施承载力，分析道路网容量与用地交通需求间的平衡关系。最后，提出交通承载力评价指标体系，采用多级模糊模式识别方法对城市承载力进行综合评价，并提出了城市交通承载力的优化策略。87437

Title Evaluation Method of Traffic Carrying Capacity Based on the Theory of Two-way Interaction between Land use and Transportation
Abstract In order to realize the coordinated development of land use and transportation, This paper analyzes and puts forward the evaluation method of traffic carrying capacity based on the theory of two-way interaction between land use and transportation。 Firstly, the paper introduces the connotation of the theory of two-way interaction between land use and transportation, and analyzes the definition of traffic carrying capacity and related factors from the aspects of the mutual influence of urban traffic and land use; Secondly, this paper introduces the concept of the carrying capacity of the traffic facilities, and analyzes it on the capacity of the road network, and gives the relevant definitions according to the time and space consumption method。 In the control planning stage, to measure the carrying capacity of traffic facilities, this paper analyzes the balance between the capacity of road network and the demand of land use based on the method of space time resource consumption。 Lastly, the evaluation index system of traffic carrying capacity is proposed, and the comprehensive evaluation of urban carrying capacity is carried out by using multilevel fuzzy pattern recognition evaluation method, and the suggestions and optimization strategies are put forward to improve the urban traffic capacity。
