摘要由于电机存在几个相互关联的工作系统,故障起因和故障征兆往往表现出多元性,这为电动机故障诊断增加了难度,电机故障诊断技术亟待发展。
本次设计利用组态王软件制作人机界面的电机故障诊断系统,利用松下fpx系列可编程控制器实现控制,用组态王人机交互界面实现监控电机运转状况和故障检测。首先分析了电机运作系统的要求,进行I/O点的设计,使用组态王绘制出界面,用COM5口实现组态与PLC的通讯;同时,利用PLC实现上位组态和电机的通讯、设备的连接、界面的改善、动画连接的创建以及报警窗口的反馈;最后经过多方调试得以成功。事实验证,组态王与PLC相结合可以方便地监控电机运转状况并实时报告故障,人机交互体验较好,具有较高的应用价值。87464

Title A motor fault diagnosis system based on Programmable Logic Controller
Abstract Due to the presence of electrical work several interrelated systems, fault causes and fault symptoms often exhibit persity, which increases the difficulty of the motor fault diagnosis, motor fault diagnosis technology yet to be developed。
This design uses Kingview to create motor fault diagnosis system of human-computer interaction, the use of Panasonic fpx series programmable logic controller for control, with the Kingview’s configuration interactive interface to achieve control motor running status and fault detection。 Firstly, the requirements for the operation of the motor system, the I/O points of the design, Kingview draws interface, configuration and PLC communication with port COM5 achieve; the same time, the use of PLC host configuration and motor communications, equipment connection, improved interface, create animations and feedback connected alarm window; and finally after careful commissioning a success。 The fact verification, Kingview and PLC’s combination can easily monitor the status of the motor running and real-time reporting failures, better interactive experience, it has a high application value。
