摘要:最早的数控机床是一种以继电器为核心控制,从而实现对工件进行加工的机床。而继电器是一种硬接线系统,它布线复杂、体积庞大,一旦出现问题将难以处理。为了解决这个问题,所以在本文中用西门子可编程控制器对CK9930型数控车床电气控制部分进行改革,文章中简述了数控车床PLC的功效,研究了机床的电气控制原则,编写了相关的PLC程序,最后兑现了调试的功能。数控车床的操作过程对比相对困难,因为它承当了每个特点的加工义务。既要用PLC来控制车床的工作,又要把PLC和它的控制模块与对应的执行器件进行结合。因此在该控制程序的编写过程当中,本文利用了模块化构造的策划方法。在本文中,最重要的是完成对主轴的控制、坐标轴的控制、回原点的控制、回参考点的控制以及润滑与冷却的控制,编写了相对应的PLC控制程序。使用FXGP_WIN-C这个软件,编制了该数控机床的PLC控制程序,并借助其运转、监控功效,经过相关的设备,观察了程序的运转情形。91265

Abstract :The earliest numerical control machine tool is to use a variety of relay to realize all kinds of processing control。 Due to the complexity of relay logic is a kind of wiring, huge hard wiring system, if there is a problem will be difficult to handle。 For this problem, this paper using Siemens PLC, implement it on CK9930 type CNC lathe electrical control part, introduced the numerical control lathe the function of PLC, studied the principle of the electrical control system of machine tool, write the corresponding PLC program, finally realizes the function of debugging。 CNC lathe operation process more troublesome because it took on different features of processing tasks。 Both to use PLC to control lathe work, put the control module of PLC and its combination with corresponding to the execution of the device。 Therefore, in the process of the control program written in this paper, using the modular structure design method。 This paper has realized the control of the spindle, the control of axis, back to the origin, back to the reference point of control and the control of the lubrication and cooling control, develop the corresponding PLC control program。 Using FXGP_WIN - C this software, the PLC control program of the machine tool, and with the aid of its operation, monitoring function, through the related equipment, looked at the running situation of the program。
