摘 要:热水器是一种可长时间提供热水的家用电器,常用在厨房和浴室。随着科技的进步和经济水平的提高,热水器已渐渐从传统的太阳能热水器扩展出电热水器、燃气热水器等,电热水器以其不受天气和安装地点限制的优势而受到市场的欢迎。本设计采用STC89C52单片机为核心,可自行设置水温的上下限值,DS18B20温度传感器实时检测水温,当水温低于设置的最低温度时,继电器得电吸合,控制热得快对水加热,指示灯高亮,当水温加热至设置的最高温度时,继电器断开,停止加热,指示灯熄灭,当水温自然冷却至设置的最低温度时,再次控制加热,从而达到水温智能调节的效果。经多次验证,基于单片机的热水器控制器结构简单,调试方便,价格适中,具有较好的现实意义。93074

Abstract: Water heaters are appliances for the family expenses, which are currently widely used in kitchen and bathroom for a long time to provide hot water 。 With the progress of science and technology, water heaters have gradually extended from the traditional solar water heater to electric water heaters, gas water heaters and so on。 Electric water heaters are popular in the market with its advantages that avoid the effect of weather and installation sites。 The design uses STC89C52 single-chip as the core, setting the upper and lower limits of the water temperature。 DS18B20 temperature sensor real-time measure the water temperature, when the water temperature is lower than the minimum temperature, the relay was forced to control the heater quickly to heat the water with the light highlighted。 When the water temperature is heated to the maximum temperature, the relay is turned off and the heating is stopped with the light off。 When the water temperature is cooled to the minimum temperature, the heater is controlled again to adjust the water temperature intelligently。 After several verification, the water heater controller, based on single-chip, has the simple structure and easy debugging。 It is affordable, with good practical significance。
