摘要:随着新型发电装置的大力发展,迫切需要将发电装置输出的不稳定直流电逆变成交流电,故逆变电源被广泛应用于移动通信、电力电气、航空航海、铁路交通等诸多领域。本文以单相逆变电源为研究对象,阐述了它的研究背景及意义,介绍了单相逆变电源的研究水平与发展趋势,并对其研究目的与内容进行了说明。本文介绍了单相逆变电源的结构及SPWM控制技术原理,并对Boost电路和逆变电路的工作原理进行了分析。本文设计了一个单相桥式SPWM控制的单相逆变电源,该设计电路包括Boost电路、逆变主电路、滤波电路、PWM控制电路、PWM控制电路、SPWM控制电路以及驱动电路。Boost电路和逆变主电路采用全控型器件IGBT;滤波电路用的是LC滤波;采用SG3525芯片设计PWM控制电路;SPWM控制电路选用TDS2285芯片构成;选用M57962L构成驱动电路。本设计在MATLAB仿真软件中进行了仿真,仿真结果证明了本设计的正确性。93165

Abstract: With the development of new power generation equipment, it is urgent for us to convert the unstable DC power output from the generator to the AC, so the inverter is widely used in mobile communication, electric power, aviation, marine, rail transportation and other areas。 In this paper, the single-phase inverter power supply is studied, the research background and significance, the research level and development trend are introduced, and the purpose and content of the research are described。 This paper introduces the structure of single-phase inverter and the principle of SPWM control technology, and analyzes the working principle of Boost circuit and inverter circuit。 This paper introduces the design of a single phase bridge controlled single-phase SPWM inverter power supply, the design includes Boost circuit, inverter circuit, filter circuit, PWM control circuit, PWM control circuit, SPWM control circuit and driving circuit。 Boost circuit and inverter main circuit is a fully controlled device IGBT; the filter circuit uses the LC filter; SG3525 chip is used to design PWM control circuit, SPWM control circuit is made up of TDS2285 chip, and M57962L is used as driving circuit。 This design is simulated in MATLAB simulation software, and the simulation results prove the correctness of the design。
