传统的洗衣机三角架生产出来往往由于生产设备不够精密、环境变化、外力冲击等因素而存在畸形,无法满足使用要求。本自动矫正机是专门为洗衣机三角架而设计的专用设备,可以实现将三脚架放入后能够自动矫正,使其达到足够的精度满足使用要求。
由自动检测和自动校正装置组合而成的自动智能加工机器,采用电气比例阀+激光位移检测+矫正气缸的结构,主要完成了对控制程序的编写和人机交互界面的设计,使得PLC控制器自动调用编好的程序指令,能够根据工件检测数据自动加压调校,实现自动夹紧、自动检测,自动调校三角架三角高度尺寸工作,从而使三角位置满足图纸要求。同时,触摸屏实时显示工件矫正过程中的相关信息,便于监控和操作。

Title Design of PLC control program for tripod automatic straightening machine
Abstract:The traditional tripods of washing machine are often produced too misshapen to satisfy the demand, due to the factors such as imprecision of production equipment, changes of environment and external shocks. The automatic straightening machine is designed especially for tripods of washing machine. It can realize that tripods can be automatically straightened when they are put in, so as to achieve enough precision to meet the requirement of use.
The straightening machine is combined by automatic detection device and automatic correction device. The structure is designed as: electric proportional valve + laser displacement detection + correcting cylinder. The control program is written and the man-machine interface is designed, so that the PLC controller automatically calls the programmed instructions, and can automatically pressure and adjust according to the test data, so as to realize automatic clamping, detection and adjustment of the height of tripod’s three feet, size work, making the three feet’s position meet the requirements of the drawings. Meanwhile, the touch screen can display the relevant information in the process of workpiece straightening in real time, so that it is easy to monitor and operate.
