摘要为满足用户对加工精度和效率的要求 , 越来越多的机床生产厂家及用户都希望在其机床上配备尽可能使加工精度高的设备。在滚珠螺母内螺纹的加工中 , 与外螺纹的接触式对刀方式不同 , 由于滚珠螺母结构尺寸小 、 内部空间非常有限 , 使得内螺纹滚道非接触式自动对刀的原理研究和设计难度加大 。 同样对于此内螺纹的廓形检测的研究难度也加大 。 本论文重点研究基于非接触式原理的滚珠螺母内滚道磨削自动对刀技术及其在位廓形的检测技术 ,一方面满足螺纹在精加工工程中的对刀工艺要求 , 另一方面 , 检测加工后的螺母的螺纹精度,提高效率。在自动对刀的研究中,根据磨削精加工的要求,设计了几种自动对刀的方法 ,包括单开关式(分为高低高,低高低两种情况 ) 、双开关式(分为先低后高和先高后低两种情况)和改进后的对刀方法,通过实验,比较了各种对刀方法的精度 , 最终提出了优化的对刀方法。在廓形检测的研究中 , 设计相应的集成夹具 , 采用米钵传感器 IFS 2402/90-1 0进行实验 , 选择传感器的位移测量模式 , 经传感器测量 , 得到传感器探头到内螺纹表面的距离,通过数据处理,拟合得到内螺纹廓形。文中所提出非接触式自动对刀方案和廓形检测方案对滚珠螺母的实际磨削加工和质量检测有借鉴意义。59955 毕业论文关键词: 滚珠螺母 ,内螺旋滚道,自动对刀,廓形检测,原理实验研究
