摘要结合数字仿真技术和虚拟仪器技术,本文采用MATLAB建立电力系统模型,进行暂态仿真,生成故障信号;利用LabVIEW实现继电保护功能,模拟保护动作特性,建立可视化界面。以三段式距离保护为例,将距离保护划分为采样与滤波模块,启动模块,振荡闭锁模块,故障判断与选相模块,阻抗继电器模块以及保护动作模块,阐述了一种距离保护仿真实验平台的开发过程。
仿真结果显示,该实验平台能够比较准确地模拟继电保护功能,它不仅可以用于继电保护算法的验证,也可以用于继电保护原理的教学中去。由于采用了模块化的设计方法,本实验平台易于修改,方便扩展,用户可以根据自己的需求创建可选的器件库,定制自己的人机界面,实现更多的功能。65013

Title RESEARCH ON A VISUAL DEVELAOMENT PLATFORM FOR POWER SYSTEM PROTECTIONS
Abstract
Combined with the digital simulation technology and virtual instrument technology, this paper utilizes MATLAB to build a power system model for transient simulation, which generates fault signals. LabVIEW is used to perform the functions of relay protection, to simulate the characteristics of the protective actions and to establish a visual interface. Taking three-step distance protection for example, the researcher pides the distance protection into six modules, namely sampling and filtering module, startup module, oscillation blocking module, fault judgment and phase selection module, impedance relay module and protection action module in order to illustrate the development of a simulation platform for distance protection.
The result shows that this experimental platform can accurately simulate the functions of relay protection. It can be applied to the verification of relay algorithms as well as to the teaching of the principle of relay protection. Due to the adoption of modular design method, this platform is easy to modify and expand. Therefore, users can create an optional device library and customize their own human-computer interface in the light of their own demands to carry out more functions.
