摘要电力系统负荷预测关系到电力系统的调度运行和生产计划,准确的负荷预测有助于提高系统的安全性和稳定性,减少发电成本。在目前的电力市场中,短期负荷预测发挥着重要的作用。电力系统短期负荷预测是指对未来一天或者一周的负荷进行预测。该文分别通过灰色预测法和BP神经网络预测法建立电力系统预测模型,通过对系统历史电力负荷数据的学习来进行短期预测。实例表明,灰色预测法在短期负荷预测中受到多方面的限制,而BP神经网络法在短期负荷预测中是较为有效的。最后提出提高短期负荷预测的精度不仅需要历史数据的积累,更加需要根据实际情况来选择适合的方法从而建立相匹配的预测模型。66241

Title The Short-term Load Forecasting of Electric Power System
Abstract
Power system load forecasting relates to the scheduling and production planning of the power system,and accurate load forecasting can improve the security and stability of the system,reducing the cost of generate electricity.In today's electricity market, the short-term load forecasting plays an important role.The short-term load forecasting of the power system predicts the load for the next day or week.This paper establishes the power system prediction model by using gray theory and BP neural network,through the learning of history data.The example shows that gray prediction restricts in many ways in the short-term load forecasting, BP neural network method is more effective in the short-term load forecasting.Finally,to improve the precision of short-term load forecasting,we should not only focus on the accumulation of historical data,but also pay more attention to the practical situation in order to select the appropriate method and establish a match prediction model.
