摘要随着社会的不断发展,由交通引发的问题越来越多。为了更好的管理各种实时交通信息,方便,高效地利用现存的交通系统,基于视频图像处理这样一个采集系统越来越成为大家的关注。本文是交通信息采集系统的一个非常重要的子系统,它以路面上一段时间通过的车流量和车辆平均速度为研究对象,目的是为了对车辆达到实时车辆跟踪和检测。本文用背景差分算法,通过设定阈值,把前景图像与背景图像进行相减,统计出给定的一段视频中通过的车流量,并检测这些车的平均速度。这种基于背景模型的算法,能够简单有效得对运动车辆进行跟踪,也是最基础的研究运动目标检测和跟踪的方法。66362

Title Research of traffic flow and speed detection under the Video surveillance
Abstract With the continuous development of society, the problems caused by the traffic are increasing. In order to manage a variety of real-time traffic information better, convenient and efficient use of the existing transportation system, based on video image processing such an acquisition system has increasingly become everyone's attention. This issue is a very important subsystem of the traffic information collection system . It takes traffic volume and average speed of the vehicle as the research object, the purpose of it is to achieve real-time vehicle tracking and detection. In this paper,the background subtraction algorithm sets the threshold,subtracts the foreground image and the backgound images,detects the traffic flow and the average speed through a given video.The algorithm based on the background model can track the moving traffic effectively and easily,and it is also the basic method of researching the moving objects tracking.
