摘要分析破片飞行规律和研究战斗部威力效应的关键在于破片速度和其速度分布规律的研究。随着时代的进步,现代武器系统对战斗部的破片速度指标和对破片速度测量精度的要求越来越高。目前国内还没有相关标准速度源和标准速度定值系统,这增加了校准测速系统的困难。68318
高精度测时仪在设计时,采用了脉冲计数法和量化延时法,不但保证了测量精度而且扩展了量程。系统采用STC89C52单片机和DS1302芯片,设计了高精度测时仪, ,在实验过程中,经过对测时仪精度的考核,使测时仪测量精度达到1us。
处理实弹射击的数据并对“标准”速度监测系统进行考核。实验结果显示,系统能够满足无偏、一致和有效性,并且系统的不确定度不低于0.1%。通过“标准”速度监测系统去校准测速系统是可以满足量值传递要求的。

Abstract
