摘要本文将就基于单片机的转速测量系统设计进行介绍,集成电路的发展造就了片上系统的出现,单片机应运而生,且随着集成电路制造工艺已达到深亚微米阶段,性能更强的,功能更全的单片机被设计出来。鉴于传统的测量手段已不能满足现代测速各方面的要求,以单片机为控制核心的全数字化测速系统被提出且已经投入使用。目前,全数字化测速系统以其独特的优势被广泛应用于工业生产、科学教育和民用电器中。70416
基于单片机的转速测量系统设计,其基本结构由三大部分组成:第一部分,传感器部分。本设计将利用开关型霍尔传感器对转速进行测量并通过倍频整形电路将信号传入单片机的外部中断口,霍尔速度传感器拟使用S3144;第二部分,单片机部分。作为数据处理,整个系统的控制核心,单片机拟使用AT89S51,其将完成外部中断口电信号处理以及将处理的信号传到显示模块中去。文中将对其相关性能做详细介绍。第三部分,显示部分。抛开传统的LED显示,本设计将使用LCD液晶显示模块,后文将详细介绍其相关性能和指令以及和单片机的接口电路。除了三大基础部分,文中将会介绍一款无线传输模块PTR2000,用以解决由于距离因素而导致的测量精度下降的问题。
总之,基于单片机的转速测量系统,本课题将根据硬件电路包括传感器、显示模块、单片机以及单片机外围电路的设计而完成相应部分软件的设计,从而让整个转速测量系统得以实现。
