摘要推力球轴承性能的好坏可以通过其旋转灵活性来衡量。当前我国在这方面的检测技术还不够成熟,主要是利用人工感觉的做法,检测得到的结果误差很大。本文对推力球轴承旋转灵活性检测系统进行了设计与研究,以期实现检测自动化,提高检测水平与效率。73830
以现有的检测方法为基础,结合轴承旋转灵活性检测原理,设计出了合适的自动化机械装置,利用图形化编程语言LabVIEW进行编程,设计出了符合课题要求的检测系统。本系统主要分为机械结构部分和测控软件系统两大部分,测控系统分为PLC控制机械动作和利用LabVIEW进行数据的采集与处理分析。整体分为三大研究方面:推力球轴承旋转灵活性的检测机理、适用于自动化生产线的动力驱动方案、自然转速衰减速率K的计算。机械结构部分是实现检测功能的基础,测控软件部分是系统的核心。通过实验的验证,设计的检测系统可靠性很高,具有很高的实用价值。
本文是围绕推力球轴承旋转灵活性检测系统进行设计,最终通过实验验证了设计的系统的准确性。

The designation of thrust ball bearing swivel flexibility Detection System
Abstract The good or bad Thrust ball bearing performance can be measured by its rotation flexibility. In this regard,our current testing technology is not mature enough and mainly using artificial sense approach. So the results obtained very large detection error . In this paper, I design and research the thrust ball bearing swivel flexibility detection system in order to achieve automatic detection and improve the detection level and efficiency.
Based on the existing detection methods and combined with the detection principle bearing rotation flexibility to design a suitable means of automated machinery. Through the LabVIEW graphical programming language programming, designed the subject of the detection system which is in line with requirements . The system consists of two parts, the mechanical structure portion and control software systems. Measurement and control system is pided into mechanical motion control and PLC can using LabVIEW to processing and analysis acquisitive data . The whole system is pided into three research areas: detection mechanism thrust ball bearing rotation flexibility, power-driven solutions for automated production lines, natural decay K speed computational rate. Part of the mechanical structure is realized on the basis of detection and monitoring and control software is the core of the system. Through experimental verification we can know that designed detection system have high reliability and high practical value.
This article is about the thrust ball bearing swivel flexibility detection system design and final design experiments have verified the accuracy of the system.
