摘要随着社会的发展与科技的进步,人们对于生活品质的追求越来越高,这其中之一就有对于供水系统的性能的要求。传统的供水方式由于成本高,能耗大的缺点在以可持续发展的社会背景下必然会被新型节能降耗的技术所取代。目前,供水不足与供水过剩在现在的高层楼房中时有发生,传统的供水方式已经不能满足人们的日常需求,供水的方式正向着智能化、高可靠性的方向发展。而变频技术的的发展推动了恒压供水系统的完善,因此变频调速恒压供水技术也是社会发展的必然成果。75056
本文通过大量的资料,参考一些列的供水方案,为达到人们日常需求和供水能耗之间的平衡关系,设计出来的一个通过PLC控制器结合变频器与压力变送器来控制三台水泵机组共同运转的变频调速恒压供水系统,通过变频器内置的PID功能,实现闭环稳定的调速系统。硬件设施的选型通过不同角度的分析和考量,选出一些列稳定、可靠的设备,通过计算机的程序设定,使系统完成预置的功能,达到达到节能降耗的目的。

Constant pressure water supply system based on PLC variable frequency speed regulation
Abstract With the development of society and the advancement of technology, it is higher for the pursuit of quality of life, the one for performance requirements for water supply systems。 Traditional water supply due to the high cost of energy consumption greater disadvantage in the social context of sustainable development will be replaced by new energy-saving technologies。 At present, the inadequate water supply and the water supply surplus in the high-rise buildings that now occur, traditional water supply cannot meet people's daily needs, water way of moving in the direction of intelligent, high reliability。 Frequency conversion technology development to promote the improvement of water supply system with constant pressure and variable frequency speed regulation constant pressure water supply technology was inevitable result of social development。
Through a large number of information, references a series of programmes to meet daily energy consumption balance between demand and supply。 PLC controller designed with inverter pressure transducer controlling three pumps and common operation of variable-frequency speed regulation constant pressure water supply system, the inverter built-in PID function to realize stability of closed-loop speed control system。 Selection of hardware through the analysis of different aspects and considerations to pick a few of stable, reliable equipment, using the computer program setting, allowing the system to complete the preset function, to achieve the objective of saving。
