摘要功率单元级联型中高压变频器有可靠性好,功率因数高,输出的波形完美,对电网 污染小,易于向高压领域拓展等诸多优点,广泛应用在各个中高压变频领域。
首先,阐述了中高压变频器国内外的应用现状和存在问题。介绍了中高压变频器和 级联多点电平逆变器的拓扑结构及工作的原理。
其次,详细介绍了级联 H 桥型中高压变频器功率单元和级联电路的结构,分析了中 高压变频器的实现原理、控制方法、调制策略及中高压电机的控制方法。
最后,对变频器进行参数设计,采用载波移相 SPWM 控制,利用 MATLAB/Simulink 软 件对 8 单元功率级联变频器进行仿真,输出相电压和线电压的波形具有较多的阶梯数, 波形接近完美正弦波且电压变化率较小,验证了级联 H 桥中高压变频器具有优良的电压、 电流输出特性,证明了级联变频器应用的可行性。75307

Title The research and design of H-bridge cascaded medium and high voltage converter
Abstract Cells cascade medium and high voltage converter has the advantage for good reliability,high power factor,better output waveform,the characteristics of low harmonic and easy to extend to high pressure field,widely used in the field of high voltage frequency conversion。
First of all,this paper describes the application status and existing problems of medium and high voltage converter at home and abroad。Then introduces medium and high voltage converter and multi-level power converter circuit topologies structure and working principle。
Secondly,The structure of cells cascade H-bridge medium and high voltage converter and cascade circuit are introduced in detail。In-deep analysises the medium and high voltage converter about its implementation theory,control method,control stategy and the control method for medium and high voltage motor。 Finally,the parameters of frequency converter are designed,using carrier phase shift SPWM control,we adopte MATLAB/Simulink sofeware to simulate the 8 unit power cascade inverter,output phase voltage and line voltage stepped multiple,waveform close to sine wave and voltage change rate is small,it verify that cells cascade H-bridge medium and high voltage converter has excellent voltage and current output characteristics,the feasibility of the application of cascade
inverter is proved。
