摘要当下整流电路的品种繁多,主要有单相桥式可控电路和三相全控桥电路。整流电路信号涉及复杂,同时包含各种电力电子元件,如果以常规的电路分析方法显得十分困难,甚至某些条件如高压条件下的分析也难以进行。通过Matlab等仿真软件的优越特性和经济效益,必将成为此后人们所着重和加大力度研究的项目。将仿真软件系统运用到人类自然生活工作的过程中,这样才能有效的避免一些决策上失误,能够通过仿真波形观察到可能潜在的风险,便能够实现避免故障和规避危害的目地。Matlab中的仿真模块Simulink可设立仿真电路模型,根据需要设置器件参数,并可以很快得到仿真波形开始分析。本文介绍了通过Simulink对单相和三相整流电路仿真,并在各种触发角以及各种负载的仿真结果下进行了研究分析。验证了整流电路的输出电压受触发角α和所带负载特性的关系。本文既帮助加深了自身对相关工作原理的理解,也为现代电子技术仿真实验教研奠定优良的基础。77285
