摘要货料自动识别技术经过多年的发展已经越来越成熟。现已渗透到商业、仓储、邮电通信、交通运输、工业生产过程控制以及军事装备、工程项目等国民经济各行各业和人民的日常生活当中。计算机技术的日新月异导致组态软件也有了不断的突破,自动化系统的发展离不开组态软件,组态软件在自动化系统的“水平”和“垂直”集成中起着桥梁和纽带的作用,两者关系紧密相连不可分割。

通过MCGS组态软件和PLC的联合构建从而实现了货料自动识别缓冲控制,本设计有整个系统的结构、系统设备的选型、硬件软件的设计以及组态软件的监控仿真。首先使用MCGS组态软件构建上位机系统可以有效的监控整个系统的每个动作步骤,运行情况,实现全系统数据的实时管理。然后设计采用PLC构建下位机系统,以PLC为主体控制器,结合传感器技术、位置控制等技术和气动装置,实现产品的自动识别、缓冲库进行存储。从而系统具有自动化程度高、精度高、易于控制、运行稳定等特点。使得整个系统满足现代化生产需求。77701
