摘要近年来数据中心负荷占电力终端设备的比重逐年增长,且跨地域数据中心负荷之间 具有关联性,可以作为一种特殊的需求响应资源纳入电力系统调度,通过优化数据网络 的运行状态,调节数据中心负荷所在系统节点之间的出力,以增强整个系统应对潮流波 动能力、提高系统运行效率。本文在深入分析数据中心负荷的基础上,基于跨地域数据 中心负荷的负载均衡调度技术,以数据中心负荷为控制对象,研究分析了通过优化数据 网络运行状态以提高电力系统运行效率的方式和方法。77750
本文首先建立了数据中心负荷的功率模型和延迟约束模型,并基于负载平衡模型, 进一步推导出跨地域数据中心负荷之间的功率关系约束模型。在此基础上,本文建立了 数据中心负荷在数据网络和电力系统网络双层网络下的优化调度模型,给出了基于 matpower 工具箱的广义交流最优潮流优化算法下的求解方法,并对此优化调度模型进行 了误差分析。在本文的最后,通过算例验证了模型的有效性。

Title The Intelligent Scheduling Research for Large Data-Center Load
Abstract The proportion of data-center load in electric terminal devices is growing year by year,and the data-center load has regional relevancy,which can be used as a kind of special demand response resource put into the power system dispatching, adjusting the output of the power system load node where the data-center load is located by optimizing the data network running state to enhance the system ability to cope with tide fluctuation and improving the efficiency of the system。On the basis of in-depth analysis of the data-center load and the load balancing scheduling technology of cross-regional data-center load,with the data-center load as control object,this dissertation analyzes the mode and method to improve the efficiency of power system operation by optimizing the running status of data network。
This dissertation firstly establishes a power model and delay constraint model of data-center load,and based on the load balancing model,deduces the constraint model of power relations between the cross-regional data-center load。On this basis,this dissertation puts forward the optimization scheduling model and algorithm of data-center load under the double network consisting of the power system network and the data network, gives the Method of solving the model based on general ac optimal power flow optimization algorithm of matpower toolbox,and analyzes the error of the optimal scheduling model。 At the end,The case study shows the effectiveness of the optimization scheduling model and algorithm of data-center load under the double network。
