摘要由于智能变电站的飞速发展,站内时钟的精度要求也成了一个不可忽视的重要问 题。一个统一的时钟对于智能变电站来说是很有必要的,而时钟同步对于各种智能装置 的信息交互、抑或数据采集都有着重要意义。智能变电站的对时同步系统分为授时系统 和对时系统,授时源一般有 GPS、北斗等。77751
课题的主要目的在于如何根据标准时钟源,校对本地装置的时钟。本文通过分析 GPS 时钟和高精度晶振时钟的误差及其之间的联系,进而探讨智能变电站高精度对时同 步方法,对晶振相对于 GPS 的误差进行滤波以及预测,运用 MATLAB 软件仿真验证滤 波与预测算法的效果,并对两个不同的组合算法的仿真效果进行比较,证实了小波-RBF 神经网络组合算法具有良好的滤波和预测效果,最终用真实采集的数据在 LabVIEW 上 仿真。

Title The research of intelligent substation of high precision time synchronization method
Abstract Due to the rapid development of intelligent substation, the accuracy requirements of clock station has become an important issue that can’t be ignored。 A unified clock for intelligent substation is very necessary, and the clock synchronization for the information interaction between the various intelligent devices, or data acquisition are of great significance。 The time synchronization system of intelligent substation is pided into timing system and time synchronization system, the timing source generally have GPS, BDS and so on。
The main purpose of this subject is how to proofread the local clock, according to the standard clock source。 In this paper, based on the analysis of the GPS clock and high precision crystal oscillator clock errors and their relationship, and then discusses the high precision time synchronization method based on the intelligent substation, filtering and predicting the crystal error relative to the GPS, using MATLAB software simulation to validate the effect of the filtering and prediction algorithms, and compare the two different combinations of algorithms, it is proved that the combination algorithm of wavelet-RBF neural network has good filtering and prediction effect, eventually simulation in LabVIEW, using the practical data。
