智能变电站是采用先进、可靠、集成和环保的设备组合而成的,以全站信息数字化、 通信平台网络化、信息共享标准化为基本要求,自动完成信息采集、测量、控制、保护、 计量和检测等基本功能,同时,具备支持电网实时自动控制、智能调节、在线分析决策 和协同互动等高级功能的变电站。变电站是一种分布式系统,如果没有一个统一准确的 时钟来协调一次智能化设备的实时电气量和状态量采集,那么将对变电站的各种装置带 来非常严重的影响。所以使用时间同步系统可以提高电力系统运行水平以及保证电力系 统安全运行。
本文通过对当前智能变电站时间同步技术的现状和应用进行了研究,将北斗卫星定 位导航系统的时间信号作为时间同步系统的时间源,设计了基于 FPGA 芯片的 IRIG-B 码 编码的硬件电路,并进行仿真输出对应波形。
本文首先研究了时间同步系统以及授时方式的几种类型,然后对北斗卫星定位导航 系统及其授时原理进行了研究,并介绍了将北斗卫星定位导航系统的时间信号作为时间 源的方案优点。然后研究了 IRIG-B 码的特点以及技术规范。最后引用了主从式结构的时 间同步系统,并研究了基于 FPGA 芯片的 IRIG-B 码编码实现。77752

Title Research on time synchronization technology for Smart Substation
Abstract Intelligent substation is a combination of advanced, reliable, integrated and environmentally friendly equipment, with the digital information of the station, the network of communication platform and the standardization of information sharing are the basic requirements, automatic information collection, measurement, control, protection, measurement and testing, and other basic functions, at the same time, with the support of the power grid real-time automatic control, intelligent regulation, online analysis and decision-making and collaborative interaction, and other advanced functions of the substation。 Substation is a kind of distributed system, if there is not a unified and accurate clock to coordinate the real-time electrical quantity and state quantity of an intelligent device, then it will have a very serious impact on the various devices of the substation。 So the use of time synchronization system can improve the operation level of power system and ensure the safe operation of power system。
In this paper, the current status and application of time synchronization technology in smart substation are studied, time signal of Beidou satellite positioning and navigation system is used as time source of time synchronization system, the hardware circuit of IRIG-B code coding based on FPGA chip is designed, and the corresponding waveform of the simulation output is also carried out。
This paper studies the time synchronization system and several types of timing mode, then studied the Beidou satellite navigation system and the principle of timing, use the time signal of Beidou satellite positioning and navigation system as a time source is introduced。 Then the characteristics and technical specifications of IRIG-B codes are studied。 Finally, the time synchronization
system of master slave structure is cited, and the implementation of IRIG-B code based on FPGA chip is studied。
