摘 要:随着社会经济的发展,不仅在一些高端电力场甚至在我们的日常生活中,人们对电流源的控制要求越来越高。针对这一现状,本文提出了被普遍应用的基于单片机的数控电流源设计。另外,本文以52为控制芯片,通过键盘输入给定值,以数模转换器TLC5615将数字量转换成模拟量,输出参考电压,通过运放将TLC5615输出的模拟电压值放大,并以该参考电压控制三极管扩流电路来输出电流。最后进行系统的测试,从测试结果中可以看出,本系统的输出电压范围为0-1A,可以达到每步0。01A的精度,并可由LCD液晶显示屏显示实际输出电压值。79062

Abstract:With the development of society and economy, people are increasingly high demand for electricity, especially for high-end properties by the power factors lead us to the point of very strict requirements, thus digitally controlled current source is particularly important。 DC adjustable power supply currently used in almost all the rotary switches to adjust voltage regulation accuracy is not high, and often hopping, cumbersome to use。 NC voltage source is easy to operate, the current high stability characteristics。 In this paper, STC89C52 control chip, keyboard input setpoint to TLC5615 DAC converts the digital into analog output reference voltage op amp through the analog output voltage value TLC5615 enlarged to the reference voltage control transistor expansion flow circuit output current。 This design output voltage range of 0-1A, the accuracy can reach 10mA each step, the current can reach 1A, and shows the actual output voltage from the LCD1602。 This circuit has the hardware design is simple, widely used, high precision, easy to use features。
