摘要永磁同步电机在当今社会用途很多,本身包含很多优点,效率比其他电机高,结 构简单。在各个行业都有广泛应用。PMSM 是人类历史的伟大发明。在直接转矩控 制出现之前,矢量控制受到人们的广泛使用。DTC 是一种新型的交流技术,比较另 一种控制,DTC 没有看到解耦思想的影子,DTC 使用另一种方法(定子磁链),相 比去掉了坐标变换,依据电阻就算出磁链。这样就能降低参数要求,所以对 PMSM DTC 的研究有很大的实际意义,对社会生产生活影响极大。79798
本文对 PMSM 的发展和国内外的现状进行了简明的叙述,简单的介绍了 PMSM 的结构模型和优点。为了对 PMSM 进行复杂的数学建模,本文详尽的对坐标变换进 行了介绍。也对 PMSM DTC 的工作运行原理进行了解释。在 MATLAB/SIMULINK 平 台上构建 PMSM 的模型并且进行仿真,以此来研究转矩控制的转矩性能。仿真出来 的结果是能够看出,PMSM DTC 转矩响应快,动态性能良好。不过在全速运转的情 况下,PMSM DTC 谐波丰富,转矩脉动大,这些因素正是 PMSM DTC 的缺点。

Abstract Permanent magnet synchronous motor in today's social use a lot, itself contains a lot of advantages, more efficient than other motors, the structure is simple。 In various industries are widely used。 Direct torque control (DTC) is developed following the vector control technique, a new kind of high performance of AC speed regulating technique, compared with vector control, it does not use the idea of decoupling, using method of stator magnetic field orientation, no complex coordinate transformation, according to stator resistance will be able to calculate the stator flux, so that we can reduced parameters, so the permanent magnet synchronous motor direct torque control system research is of great practical significance。
In this paper, the development of PMSM and the status quo at home and abroad are briefly described, a simple introduction to the structure of the PMSM model and the advantages of。 In order to establish the mathematical model of PMSM, this paper gives a detailed introduction to the principle of coordinate transformation。 Also the basic of the permanent magnet synchronous motor direct torque control system is analyzed in detail。 In the MATLAB/SIMULINK platform to build the PMSM model and simulation, in order to study the torque control torque performance。 The results of the simulation are able to see that the DTC PMSM torque response is fast, and the dynamic performance is good。
However, in the case of full speed operation, DTC PMSM harmonic rich, large torque ripple, these factors are the shortcomings of DTC PMSM。
