摘要随着我国城市化进程的不断加快,城市轨道交通成为城市人民出行必不可少的一部 分。因此,主动监测城市轨道交通关键设备的状态就成了城轨交通运营中需要重点关注 的问题。
本文在国内外城市轨道交通关键设备状态监测现状分析的基础上,结合可靠性维修(RCM)理论进行了关键设备的分类,并对关键设备在状态监测中采集的数据记录做出 了规范,同时给出了设备劣化模型以及可靠性评估指标,以此来判别关键设备的健康状 态。80401
论文为城市轨道交通关键设备状态监测管理信息系统建设提供了思路,为完善设备 监测管理打下了基础。

Title The Functional Analysis for the Management Information System of Condition Monitoring of Urban Rail Transit Key Equipment
Abstract With the rapid development of china’s urbanization,urban rail transit has been an essential part when people go out。Therefore, taking the initiative to monitor the state of key equipment of urban rail transit has become a problem which needs to focus on in the operation of urban rail transit。
Firstly,in this paper,the key equipment was classified combining the theory of Reliability Centered Maintenance(RCM) based on the analysis of the development status of condition monitoring of the domestic and overseas urban rail transit key equipment 。Secondly,the data of the key equipment in the condition monitoring was made a specification。Finally,the equipment degradation model and reliability evaluation indexes have been given in order to distinguish the health status of key equipment。
This paper provided a train of thought for the management information system of condition monitoring of urban rail transit key equipment,and laid a foundation for improving equipment monitoring management。
