摘要随着社会的发展与进步,人们的物质生活水平有了较大提高,对交通运输的舒适度有了较高的要求,从而推动了列车空调技术在铁路运输系统的迅速推广应用。列车空调系统控制成为重要的研究方向。本文主要研究内容为:列车空调系统的组成、内部结构、工作原理以及列车组空调系统是如何与PLC和变频器联合实现控制的。
本设计是对列车内的温度采集并进行检测,在空调系统中可以采用变频调节技术对列车空调电动机的转速进行改变,可以调节温度,使系统处于最佳的运行状态,节约能源。变频器和PLC在列车空调控制系统中,使列车空调操作系统简单化、功能齐全、运行可靠。81061

Design of train air-conditioning control system
Abstract With the development of society, people's living standard has been greatly improved and the requirements on the transportation comfort is becoming higher and higher。All of this promote the application of train air conditioning technology in the railway transport system。The control of train air conditioning system has became an important research direction。The main research contents of this paper are:The composition, internal structure, working principle of the train air conditioning system and how can we combine the train set air conditioning system with PLC and frequency converter。
The system is designed to collect and detect the humidity and temperature in the train。In the air conditioning system, the speed of the train air conditioning motor can be changed by adopting the technology of frequency conversion。It also can adjust the temperature, so that we can make sure that the system is in the best running state achieve the aim of saving energy。In the train air conditioning control system,converter and PLC make the train air conditioning operating system become simple, functional and reliable 。
