摘要船舶曲面车间是船舶曲面分段的建造车间,是船厂的一个重要的工作车间。船舶曲面分段是船体的重要组成部分,曲面分段的建造效率对船舶整体建造时间有重要影响。

本文利用Plant-simulation软件,对影响船舶曲面分段车间作业效率的因素进行探索,并研究具体的影响,主要是以下工作。81328

首先,对船舶曲面车间的生产模式和流程进行调研,具体到某家船厂的曲面分段的生产作业流程,并明确曲面分段生产方式,通过搜集到的船厂资料利用Plant-simulation软件建立仿真模型,对作业流程进行模拟,以便观察。

其次,分析模型中存在的问题,并针对曲面车间分段加工采用固定胎位式特点,总结可能的影响因素,并通过在Plant-simulation软件上对关键因素进行调整,将结果进行对比,分析作业流程的改变对生产曲面分段的效率的影响。调整因素后作业计划完成总时间将缩短,具体分析后,研究出提高曲面车间分段的生产效率的因素。

在提出优化方案并运行模型后,再结合船厂实际,提出几点建议。

Abstract The curved block construction is a workshop where the curved block manufactured, which is an important workshop in shipyard。 The curved block is an important part of the whole ship, so the construction efficiency of the curved block had an important effect on the overall build time。 

This paper, by using the Plant-simulation software, researched the factors what influence the efficiency of the curved block construction manufactured the curved block, and study the influence。 Specific work is as follows。 

First of all, research for the production pattern and process of the curved block specific to a shipyard the production process of the surface of section。Such as we should get the true and clear production schedule。And then we can build simulation model through the shipyard information by the using of Plant-simulation。So that,we can observe simulation model for the simulating process。 

Secondly, analyze the existed problems in the simulation model, and accord to the characteristics of that the curved block was manufactured in the fixed bed。And then summarized the possible influencing factors 。When we know those, we can adjust the the key factors on the software。Compared the results with the true, analysis the change of the production process’s information for the efficiency of the curved block construction。 After adjusting the factors what influencing work plan, the total time will be shorten。 Analysis these information, so that research and find the factors what can improve the production efficiency of the curved block construction。 

Finally, run the model by using the optimized scheme。Then combining the reality of shipyard, put forward some suggestions。
