摘要:目的:对现有医用负压吸引器产品的压力检测与显示电路设计和技术改造。方法:运用电路和微处理器基本理论,设计了嵌入式微处理器和键盘显示管理芯片以及放大器电路等的接口、设计了负压传感及放大电路、选取了电路元件型号,计算了电路参数,进行了误差分析;对压力检测与变换电路进行了测量不确定度的计算;设计并绘制了印刷电路板图纸,设置了压力检测与显示电路的调试观测点。结果:基本完成压力检测与显示电路的原理设计、元器件选择、测量不确定度计算和印刷电路板设计绘制。结论:目前压力检测与显示电路基本达到设计要求,测量不确定度基本达到要求,为后续即将开展的电路软件设计、在线电路调试和医用负压吸引器整机调试提供了硬件基础。81451

Design of Pressure Detection and Display Circuit
Abstract: Objective: The present study focuses on the pressure testing of existing medical vacuum extractor and the design and technological transformation of display circuit。 Methods: The interface of embedded microprocessor, chip for keyboard display management and amplifier circuit was designed by using basic theories related to circuit and microprocessor。 The negative pressure transducer and amplifier circuit were also designed。 The model of circuit components was selected。 The circuit parameters were calculated。 An error analysis was then conducted。 The measurement uncertainty of pressure testing and converter circuit was calculated。 The printed circuit board was designed and drawn。 The observation point for debugging pressure testing and display circuit was set。 Results: The principle design of pressure testing and display circuit, the selection of components, the calculation of measurement uncertainty, and the design and drawing of printed circuit board were basically completed。 Conclusions: At present, the pressure testing and display circuit basically meet the design requirements, and the measurement uncertainty also meets the requirements。 The findings provide a hardware basis for the upcoming design of circuit software, online circuit debugging, and the debugging of the entire medical vacuum extractor。
