摘要:在工业生产中,精馏塔的工业生产越来越广泛,分离混合物所得产品的要求越来越高,这就需要对精馏塔温度进行非常严格的控制才能达到所需的质量之要求,同样的,对温度控制的越精确,也就表明了拥有很高超的技术手段。当已塔釜液位为主要的生产产品时,这就对精馏塔提馏段的温度需要进行严格的控制,然而精馏塔温度控制操作中受到多方面的干扰,简单的单回路控制系统是无法达到所需的控制要求,经过一系列的考虑采用串级控制系统去应对提馏段温度控制的需求,并对串级温度控制系统进行了分析,接着将控制方案中所需的仪表进行选择,最后利用精馏塔仿真设备进一步完善控制方案。81795
