摘要温度是个基本的物理量,他是工业生产过程中最普遍,最重要的工艺参数之一。随着工业的不断发展,对温度测量的要求也越来越高,而且测量范围也越来越广。合理的温度范围和精确地温度的测量队提高产品的质量、产量,降低消耗,实现工业生产自动化,均有积极作用,因此温度检测技术的研究具有重大意义。82209
本系统是一个基于LabVIEW的温度检测系统,采用多点温度检测,能检测较大区域内的温度变化,介绍了以Arduino、LabVIEW 两种平台为基础 的一种温度检测系统工作原理及设计方法,利用两种平台各自的优势完成该系统的快速开发。主要包括上位机和下位机两个部分。上位机和下位机的通讯方式是串口通讯。上位机由计算机与LabVIEW软件组成,负责系统控制及数据处理。下位机由Arduino单片机与传感器组成,负责数据的采集。在实际使用中可以提高检测的精确度同时降低人力成本,保证随时检测到环境温度的变化。该系统能较好地解决传统测试方法中存在 的问题 ,具有一定的实用价值 。

ABSTRACT Temperature is a basic physical quantities, he is the most common in the process of industrial production, one of the most important process parameters。 With the continuous development of industry, more and more is also high to the requirement of temperature measurement, and the range of measurement is becoming more and more widely。 Reasonable temperature range and temperature accurately metering to improve product quality, yield, lower consumption, realize the industrial production automation, have a positive effect, so the temperature detection technology research is of great significance。
This system is a temperature detection system based on LabVIEW, adopts multi-point temperature detection, can detect the temperature change in large area, this paper introduces the Arduino, LabVIEW two platforms based a temperature detection system working principle and design method of using two platforms their advantages to complete the rapid development of the system。 Mainly includes the upper machine and lower machine two parts。 Upper machine and lower machine communication methods is a serial port communication。 Upper machine is composed of computer and the LabVIEW software, responsible for the system control and data processing。 Under a machine is composed of the Arduino microcontroller and sensor, is responsible for data collection。 In the practical use can improve the accuracy of the detection and reduce the manpower cost, ensure to detect the change of environmental temperature at any time。 The system can well solve the problems existing in the traditional test methods, has a certain practical value。
