摘要环境污染以及传统能源短缺的日益严重促进了主动配电网的发展,但是大量分布式电源的接入对电网的稳定与安全运行造成了极大的影响,因此需要在主动配电网中配置储能装置并对其进行优化配置以保证电力系统运行的稳定性。本文主要研究主动配电网的储能系统优化配置,即在研究学习主动配电网和储能系统的基本概念的基础上,采用频谱分析和低通滤波相结合并且考虑储能系统的充放电效率、充放电连续性以及荷电状态的上下限值的方法,基于负荷侧通过优化配置储能系统达到平滑新能源发电系统出力波动的目的,并分别对带有光伏发电系统、风力发电系统的配电网进行仿真分析,得出储能系统应该配置的额定功率、额定容量以及初始荷电状态。82674

Title Optimal allocation of energy storage system in Active distribution network
Abstract Environmental pollution and the shortage of the traditional energy sources have promoted the development of the active distribution network 。However, the access of a large amount of distributed generation will cause serious impact on the stability and safe operation of the power grid。 So it is needed to configure the energy storage device and optimize its configuration to ensure the stability of the power system。 This paper studies the optimal allocation of energy storage system of active distribution network 。Based on the study of the basic concepts of active distribution network and energy storage system , this paper adopts the method of combining spectrum analysis and low pass filtering as well as considering the efficiency and continuity of charging and discharging and the upper and lower limit value of the state of charge ,which achieves the purpose of smoothing the output fluctuation of the new energy generation system through optimizing the configuration of the energy storage system from the load side 。Then this paper simulate and analyze the distribution network with photovoltaic power generation system and wind power system and the energy storage system should be configured with the rated power, rated capacity and the initial state of charge。
