摘要底排装置的工作效能主要表现在其复合推进剂燃烧稳定性、一致性与高效性。本文主要针对AP/HTPB底排复合推进剂的点火燃烧性能进行了研究,并计算分析该复合推进剂的燃烧特点。主要研究工作如下:(1)对AP和HTPB的化学结构、热分解特征与它们单元推进剂燃速相关性的学习;(2)对燃速预估模型进行编程模拟,并进行验证;(3)结合AP/HTPB复合推进剂的燃速模型,研究了AP颗粒粒度、含量以及燃烧压力对推进剂燃速的影响;(4)对AP/HTPB复合推进剂的热力学参数进行分析。83093

Title The calculating of the burning rate and the thermodynamic parameter of AP/HTPB composite propellant
Abstract The efficiency of Base-bleed unit mainly depends on the stability, consistency
and high efficiency of the composite propellant。 In this paper, the characteristic of ignition and combustion on a AP/HTPB composite propellant is studied, in addition, analyzing the characteristic of combustion on the propellant。The main work is as follows: (1)Learning laws of thermal decomposition of the high-energy components including AP and HTPB, their decomposition mechanism and production at initial combustion stage are established。(2) A model for calculating the burning rate of propellants of high-energy explosives is simulated by programming。 (3)According to the burning rate estimated model,the impact of burning rate on the size and content of AP particle in the propellant and the pressure of combustion is studied。(4)Studied the thermodynamic parameters of the AP/HTPB base bleed composite propellant。
