摘要船舶辅机运行时产生的振动会引起各方面的问题,传统的单层隔振系统的隔 振效果有限,为进一步提升其隔振性能,双层隔振系统备受关注。目前常采用的 双层隔振系统主要以被动隔振系统为主,半主动隔振系统可以进一步提高其隔振 效果,本文主要研究柴油机双层半主动隔振系统,将半主动控制技术和双层隔振 技术相结合进而用于船舶辅机的隔振设计。83580
本文以船舶柴油机为研究对象,采用磁流变阻尼器为半主动控制系统。首先 根据柴油机双层隔振系统的动力学方程建立其 Simulink 仿真模型,分别分析了 磁流变阻尼器位于系统上下两层时,磁流变阻尼器的控制力、隔振器的刚度和阻 尼等三个参数对系统隔振性能的影响规律。
研究结果表明:(1)在大多数情况下,磁流变阻尼器安装在上层时的双层隔 振系统的隔振效果优于磁流变阻尼器安装在下层时的隔振效果。(2)磁流变阻尼 器在上层时,阻尼和控制力的变化对系统的振动传递率影响较小,刚度对其隔振 效果影响明显;磁流变阻尼器在下层时,阻尼、刚度和控制力的变化对系统的振 动传递率影响明显。(3)刚度是影响隔振效果的重要因素。

Abstract The vibration produced during operation of marine auxiliary machinery will cause various problems, while the traditional monolayer vibration isolation and passive vibration isolation will be gradually eliminated with the advancement of science and technology。 Double layer semi-active vibration reduction system combines semi-active control technology and double layer vibration reduction technology together and is a method worth studying used for vibration reduction of marine auxiliary machinery。
This paper studies the vibration reduction performance of double layer
semi-active vibration reduction system under condition of taking diesel engine as auxiliary machinery and magneto-rheological damper as damper。 Firstly, build Simulink simulation model for system through kinetic equations and analyze influence of control ability of magneto-rheological damper, stiffness of vibration isolator and damper these three parameters on system vibration reduction performance when magneto-rheological damper stays at upper and lower layers of vibration reduction system。
Results show that (1) under most situations, the vibration reduction effect of magneto-rheological damper installed at upper level is better than that of installed at lower layer。 (2) When the damper is at upper layer, the changes of parameters has small influence on vibration transmissibility and then the damper is at lower layer, the changes of parameters have big influence on vibration transmissibility。 (3) The change of stiffness will great affect the vibration transmissibility of vibration reduction system。
