摘要随着汽车量的不断增加,各个地方停车位不足的问题日益突出,建造立体停车库 是解决该问题的重要途径。以此为研究背景,运用三维软件建模与仿真技术,研究一 种集洗车与停车相结合的多功能型立体停车库。主要的研究内容有:83823
(1)分析对比当前主要的立体车库类型的结构特点与运作原理,采用以全钢结 构为主体的双环形塔式立体车库建筑结构,运用 PROE 进行建模分析,考虑其可行性、 经济性和安全性,从而得出最优方案。
(2)对存取机构进行结构设计及优化,采用剪式提升机构设计汽车横移机构, 载车板采用叉梳结构,以加快汽车的存取速度;根据塔式钢结构特点采用吊笼曳引式 提升机,并利用 PROE 软件建立横移机构和提升机构的三维模型。
(3)运用 ANSYS 有限元分析软件对立体车库主建筑钢结构、升降机构的升降平 台以及横移机构的载车板进行强度校核,以保证立体车库的整体稳定性;运用 ADAMS 动力学运动学仿真软件,对横移机构的运行过程进行动态模拟,分析它的运行性能。
研究结果表明:本课题设计的多功能立体车库建造成本低、安全性好、运行效率 高、可操作性强,为立体车库的设计与建造提供了一定的理论依据与方法。

Abstract With the increase of cars, the problem of insufficient parking space is more and more serious, construction of the parking garage is an important way to solve the problem。 With this as the background, using three-dimensional modeling and simulation software, research a parking garage which Integrating washing and parking。 Main research contents are as follows:
(1)Analyzed the current main structural characteristics and operation principle of three-dimensional garage type。 It use full steel as the main body of stereo garage steel frame, and use PROE to establish its model and then analysis its feasibility, affordability, and security, to obtain the optimum scheme。
(2)structure design and optimization of the access mechanism, used scissor lifting mechanism to design traverse mechanism of stereo garage, vehicle plate using forks comb structure in order to speed up the access speed of the car; according to the characteristic steel structure of tower crane haulage type elevator cage and using PROE software to build lateral institutions and improve the model of stereo garage。
(3)Use ANSYS finite element analysis software to check the main building steel of the garage, lifting mechanism of lift platform and car plates for lateral body strength, in order to ensure overall stability of parking; use of ADAMS Dynamics kinematics simulation software, to traverse bodies of dynamic simulation of operation process and analysis of its operating performance。
The study results show that the design of multifunctional stereo garage, its low construction cost, safety, high efficiency, operability, and parking provides a theoretical basis for the design and construction methods。
